Terms of Service
These terms cover custom orders placed through Amour Lab on amourlab.store. Amour Lab and Four Amour are brands of Wadhurst LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By sending a quote request or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes
- Sending a quote request is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- We reply with pricing and a digital proof, usually within 24 hours.
- Your quote is based on the details you sent. If the artwork, quantities, sizes or placements change, the price may change.
Minimums
There is no minimum for DTF transfers. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. Embroidery minimums are confirmed in your quote.
Proofs
- Production starts only after you approve the proof.
- Please check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully. We print what you approve, and we can't remake an order for errors that were in an approved proof.
- Online previews and mockups are close guides, not exact. Some styles are previewed on a similar garment. Colors on screen can differ from ink and thread.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is due when you approve the proof, and production starts once it's paid.
- The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
- Rush orders, artwork redesign and other add-ons are priced in your quote.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after proof approval and deposit. Rush orders take 3 business days when we have capacity, and we'll confirm availability before you pay. Dates aren't guaranteed for delays outside our control, such as supplier stock shortages or carrier delays.
Your artwork
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, names, images and fonts.
- You're responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights, and you agree to cover our costs from such a claim.
- We may refuse any order we believe infringes someone's rights, or is hateful, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
- You keep ownership of your artwork. You allow us to use it only to make and deliver your order. We'll only show your order in our portfolio or on social media with your permission.
Blanks
Garment availability depends on our suppliers. If a style, color or size is out of stock, we'll offer the closest match before we print anything.
Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel your order free of charge until production starts.
- After production starts, your deposit is non-refundable, because materials have been ordered and work is underway.
Problems with an order
Check your order as soon as you receive it. If something is misprinted or defective because of our work, email us within 7 days with photos, and we'll reprint the affected items or refund them. We aren't responsible for problems caused by washing or care instructions not being followed, by normal wear, or by sizing choices. If you're unsure about sizing, ask us before you order.
Pickup and shipping
- Pickup is available in South Florida by appointment. We ship anywhere in the U.S., and shipping is quoted separately.
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier. We'll help you file a claim if a package is lost or damaged.
- Orders not picked up or paid for within 60 days of completion may be considered abandoned.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you approve your proof applies to that order.
